Tirpude Institute of Management Education (TIME) will be conducting its annual Alumni Meet on 14th August 2020. It is for the first time that the institute will be adopting an online format for its Alumni Meet, which it has been conducting for the last several years.
The ongoing COVID-19 related health concerns have resulted in severe restrictions being placed on individuals but the institute’s spirit of networking, fun, and excitement is not dampened at all with the online format as a way forward. The Alumni Meet will be conducted in batches of past students and will be coordinated by various faculty members of the institute, in a group-wise manner.
Preparations have already begun by the creation of online student groups and past students have been intimated about the modus operandi, this year. Exciting games, quizzes, and other online activities will be a part of this novel online Alumni Meet, which the past students of the institute always look forward to. Response to this first-ever online meet is very encouraging.
The online nature will enable larger participation by alumni as everybody can join from wherever they are and hence those residing in different cities will be able to participate.
