The Central Government recently announced relaxations to sections of STD IX to XII two days ago. All schools and colleges in Nagpur division are closed after lockdown was announced in country from March due to pandemic. And educational institutions have opted for online education.
However, the parents and students are of the opinion that online education has many limitations. Some educational institutions and parents demanded that schools and junior colleges should be opened. The students in STD.IX XII are aware and can take care about personal hygiene and health. In the process of unlock 4, permission to opening of sections of STD IX to STD XII has been given from September 21.But students should be given entry into schools only after consent letter of parents produced. Now students in 2,741 schools and 1,579 junior colleges in Nagpur division are awaiting opening of schools.
