The District Bar Association (DBA) has recently submitted a memorandum to City Police Commissioner and demanded that at least first aid should be provided to COVID-19 affected patients in all hospitals whether or not it is a COVID hospital. He was in critical condition and many private hospitals denied to give treatment to him saying that they are not authorised to treat corona patients. As a result, the treatment was delayed and he died without proper treatment. The memorandum states that in order to save lives at least first aid should be given in all hospitals.
