The Chhatrapati Chowk metro station is being built on the lines of Chhatrapati Shivaji Maharaj’s Raigarh Fort in the on-going works of metro stations carrying on its aim to connect with historical heritage.Mahametro claims that 75 % of the station’s work has been completed.
A double decker bridge is also being constructed in front of the station. However, movement of vehicles has not started on the bridge. As per information, after completion of the entire work the traffic will be allowed in the double decker bridge.
