An entrepreneur, a corporate trainer, and the winner of the Mayor’s innovation award for designing Road Traffic Controller model and 5th rank in Hackathon 2k19, city lad Shivam Joshi at a tender age is inspiring to all with his achievements.
Shivam at a tender age of 18 became an entrepreneur and a Corporate Trainer at 19. Coming from a simple family that made good with the best, he made it big on his own.
In 2019, he won Mayor’s Innovation award for designing Road Traffic Controller model; he was ranked 5th in Hackathon 2k19.Â
Among his many coveted achievements the Automated Parking Resolver is the one that opened gates towards success as he was selected to be presented in Stamford International University, Thailand in September of 2019 and received many positive reviews.
During this time he was also offered admission in University of Turin, Italy. Taking admission to a foreign university Shivam choose to become the youngest entrepreneur at the age of 18 as he started his company Codon’s Technologies. Being a data whiz with a strong hold on Python, AI, and Machine Learning algorithms, he built “Codons Technologies Pvt. Ltd.â€.
Adding another feather to his hat Shivam is the core member in Nagpur Start-up Fest. His company has trained hundreds of students for Python ML.
Codons Technologies is into mentoring and guiding aspiring data scientists; devises and imparts training to employees of corporate. It has provided training to employees viz. HCL, Infocepts, TCS, IBM, and Wipro, etc.
The company takes initiatives in inspiring and teaching people with their Intense Boot camps on Data Scientist, Data Analytics, and various specialization program that leads to trending skills of the 21st Century. Codons also lead data-driven projects and work with product teams delivering everything from defining metrics, experiment design, to communicating action able insights.
Shivam said, “I always have a different and unique approach to tasks and training that varies depending on clients’ requirementsâ€.
Since I began working with people I have learned one of the important lesson that he wants his supporters to follow is that “implementation is most the important aspect of growthâ€. No matter what you have studied, from which university, whatever rank you may have achieved if you do not have the spirit and wings of implementation you cannot take off.Â
In this difficult time when people are losing a job and the country is witnessing one of the biggest disasters caused by a deadly virus one has to learn and explore things up for a better result and must not lose hope and strive for the best.
