After a month of the constant rise in COVID-19 cases in the city, Due to which there was a demand of more beds for the treatment of patients, the Nagpur Municipal Corporation (NMC), in association with Sai Mandir Trust, is all set to begin the functioning of 32-bed COVID Hospital in Imambada.
The admission process will begin from Wednesday and the treatment will be free of cost and would not have to spend on medicines and injections as NMC would be supplying it.
Along with the Imambada hospital with the help of Railways, the civic body is also likely to begin operations at 47-bed COVID Hospital in Sadar from Wednesday. With this 79 new beds will be available for use.
