In a shocking incident, a Traffic Branch cop lost consciousness and died at traffic signal. This was happened on Wednesday morning at Shankar Nagar square. The deceased is Besa-based resident 41 year old Mangesh Ganpatrao Bante.As per information; Bante was posted at the police headquarters. On Wednesday morning when he reached for duty he started complaining of a heart ache.
The traffic stopped at Shankar Nagar Chowk as the signal turned red.During this time, he fell due to dizziness. Traffic personnel stationed at Shankar Nagar Chowk immediately rushed him to Wockhardt Hospital. He declared dead at hospital. He leaves behind his wife and two children. And Sitabuldi police has registered a case of accidental death.
