The Railway Safety Commissioner has given a green signal to start the passenger service at Shankar Nagar Square and Rachna Ring Road Junction Metro Station from tomorrow.
Every metro train running between Sitabuldi Interchange and Lokmanya Nagar metro station will stop at these two metro stations every 15 minutes. After getting the CMRS certificate, now 18 metro stations will be available for citizens.
Shankar Nagar Square and Rachna Ring Road Junction Metro Stations have been prepared on ‘Aqua Theme’. Shankar Nagar Square Metro Station has been constructed in (6996.00 square meters) area, while Rachna Ring Road Junction metro station has been constructed in an area of ​​3488.07 square meters which will benefit citizens.
