Although the city students are still locked within the newly adapted system of online classes, the rural students have got the freedom to visit their school campus and return to their ‘old normal’, as the rural schools in Nagpur reopened from 14th December.
Initially, due to the decrease in the number of covid cases in the rural area, the District Administrator had allowed to begin the school from November 23 but due to lack of sanitization facilties in school and more importantly, the guardians not feeling safe of sending their kids to school, the date of reopening has been postponed till December 13th.
As per rules, it has been notified that interested parents can send their wards to school from 9 am to 1 pm by arranging their own transport. School bus service will be resuming for the students from 3rd December 2021, as per the guidelines of, Nagpur Municipal Corporation.
Besides selective physical classes, online classes will also be conducted as usual.
