After many complaints registered by various officials for malpractice under Mahatma Phule Janaarogya Yojana a probe against Meditrina Multispeciality Hospital, Nagpur will be done.
A meeting under the chairmanship of Assembly Speaker Nana Patole was held on Wednesday where he directed to conduct an investigation against the hospital immediately.
MLA Vikas Thakre in a meeting with high officials on Wednesday raised many points. He said that no FIR and cancellation of registration of Meditrina Hospital. He also pointed out that even after the state’s public health department had exposed irregularities and removed the hospital from its panel no offence was registered.
Earlier Thakre had also alleged that the hospital had approved a bill worth Rs 2 crorer from the government showing bogus documents and demanded that an investigation must be done and demanded to cancel the license of the hospital.
