Delegation of Chamber of Association of Maharashtra Industry & Trade (CAMIT) led by President, Dipen Agrawal met Shri Anil Parab, Minister of Transport and Parliamentary Affairs, Government of Maharashtra and welcomed him with shawl and floral bouquet on behalf of business community during Parab’s visit to Nagpur.
Dipen Agrawal, welcoming Anil Parab apprised him with the issue, of exorbitant unilateral increase of rent by Municipal Corporation, haunting small and marginal traders across the state.
Agrawal also highlighted the hardship faced by the MSME units established in Nagpur rural area due to illogical diktat of NMRDA to close the units and restore the land to its use prior to alleged unauthorised development.
Anil Parab after patiently hearing Ashok Sanghvi on the unilateral increase in rent by all Municipal Corporations and Sanjay K. Agrawal on the retrospective implementation of Development Control Regulations (DCR) notified in 2018 for Nagpur Metropolitan Region, assured to study both the issues to further resolve in the best interest of all concerned.
