Recently an unknown person had sent a WhatsApp message to Justice on Nagpur Bench of Bombay High Court regarding the land grabbing case for not granting bail to Amarinder Singh Harminder Singh Bagga accused in the case. And an investigation report on this matter has been filed in High Court on Friday. Justice Rohit Deo has reserved the judgement till next order after examining the report. It is a serious offense to try to influence Justice in the case under consideration. Taking serious cognizance of this, the court ordered the judicial manager of the court to investigate the matter and submit the report by March 5.
Earlier, Bagga’s anticipatory bail application was rejected by the High Court for not following orders to remain present in the Economic Offenses Wing from March 1 to 3.On October 1, 2020, the Wathoda police had filed an FIR against Bagga and other accused on the complaint of Tawarlal Chhabrani.The dispute is about a 5,176 square-foot plot in the layout of Adivasi Samaj Unnati Ghar Nirman Cooperative Society.
