Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority (NMRDA) has decided to give one last chance to all the beneficiaries whose allotment of flats under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana was held up for non-completion of formalities. Now if the beneficiaries do not turn up, then Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority would activate the waiting list and initiate allotment process for its flat schemes at MaujaTarodi(Khurd) and also, in Mauja Wanjari.
Number beneficiaries failed to turn up for completing formalities as they could not arrange for home loans or other reasons. Hence, now a last chance is being provided and if the beneficiaries fail to turn up, then the beneficiaries who have not been able to deposit the allotment amount is advised to pay the allotment amount and get the flat. Nagpur Metropolitan Region Development Authority will issue fresh demand notes and hence, people should respond fast, said an appeal issued by Manoj Kumar Suryavanshi, Metropolitan Commissioner.
