It is really a blow for employees working with Zilla Parishad as they have not received the payment for the month of February 2021.In this regard, the authorities cited numerous problems includes non-availability of funds, flaws stated by treasury department, self-implementation of rules by treasury department, delay in submitting salary bills, no signature on bills and so on.
As per information, only the finance department has received the payment for February month. Besides this, no other department has received salary. A memorandum in this regard has also been submitted to chief accounting and finance officer Priya Telkunte.Follwing this, Telkunte has assured the association to make satisfactory changes in the payment process from the next month.
