It is really good news as State Government has given approval to 28 additional seats of Post Gradaute courses in three departments. It has also given green signal for starting DM in Interventional Radiology. MD Pathology had 6 PG seats. The proposal was sent for increase by 19 seats which was approved. Now, the Department will have 25 PG seats.
Similarly, Department of Orthopaedics was running with 6 PG seats and had submitted the proposal demanding 6 more seats. Government gave consent to the proposal so now the department will have 12 PG seats. Department of Radiotherapy has two PG seats since long. Government has allotted three more PG seats to this department taking the total to 5. Interventional Radiology department has also received the letter of starting DM course in the department. Now DM course will add value to the overall growth of department.
