I miss North Indian food, especially Chaat: Akshita Mudgal

Sony Entertainment televisions have brought to our screens a new age love story that centers around ‘Ahaan’ and ‘Ishqi’ who get off on a rocky start due to their polarising ideologies.
 
Actress Akshita Mudgal who essays the role of ‘Ishqi’ in the show originally hails from Agra, UP. So, she shares a deep-rooted love for North Indian food. Her absolute favourite go-to being the street food – the lip-smacking chaat! Currently living in Mumbai, she really misses her comfort food and hopes to visit home soon to relish all the mouth-
watering dishes.

 
Sharing her passion for food, Akshita Mudgal said, “Anyone who knows me, knows that I am a big-time foodie! Being born and brought up in the North, I have grown up eating an array of the most delicious delicacies. From the authentic Mughlai and Awadhi cuisines to the epic street food, North India is a foodie’s paradise! But being in Bombay, if there’s
one thing that I miss the most, it would be Delhi ki chaat! I confess… it’s my comfort food. I miss hanging around the streets of my hometown as well as Delhi, where I could gorge on chatpati chaat in almost every nook and corner. Can’t wait to get back!”
