Recently in a advertisement, one teacher has been shown taking class of camels ‘Bisleri Camel School’ and it indicates how illiterate the teacher is. After this, the teacher organisations have alleged that teachers all over country are humiliated through this advertisement and demand for the ban of this one.
They remarked that India has a glorious history of efficient teachers but their image has been maligned in television advertisement of Bisleri drinking water. The advertisement shows camel poking at teacher by asking ‘do you don’t understand contact lense despite being a teacher?. The treatment of the teacher in this advertisement is very low and insulting. The organisations have warned that Bisleri company will be sued in the court for the insult of the teachers. They have urged the Chief Minister to immediately ban this commercial.
