Work from Home (WHF) Â is the new standard of working. Professionals are expected to adapt to new technology and make changes in working style to adopt to new environment. To make the members aware of such technological advancements, Nagpur Branch has organized a VCM on Work from Home and automating Tasks.
There have been a lot of changes in our way of looking and doing things during Covid Era, remarked CA Abhijit Kelkar, Regional Council Member while speaking as Chief Guest on the occasion. This pandemic has created a new work culture in terms of Work from Home, remarked CA Abhijit Kelkar. Seminars and study circles are very important for up gradation of knowledge in ever changing system of law to encash new professional opportunities. One has to be disciplined to develop expertise in their respective work. He narrated the journey of life from physical work to technological works. Chartered Accountancy is one of the disciplined professions which have maintained ethics in all compliances.

In the modern era of technical advancement, assessment is becoming faceless now, so now the responsibilities of a CA has increased multifold, said CA Saket Bagdia, Chairman of Nagpur Branch of WIRC of ICAI. To match space with the dynamic changes and compliances we should adopt digitalization. Automation is the buzz word for today and each and every organization should automate all its operations. We need to understand and implement this concept of WFH in our offices for the security and safety of self and staff along with following technological advancements, said Bagdia. He welcomed both the young and talented speakers for this very important session.
CA Parth Singh Chauhan & CA Dhananjay Gokhale, young and dynamic speakers, covered the areas of use of technology for enabling Work from Home (WFH) practices as well as automation techniques for making life easy. Various concepts like VPN- live set up and working, remotely switching on office, automatic mailer, scheduling tasks, scheduling auto back ups, site blocking and various small office automations were covered by the learned speakers. A live and practical demonstration of doing all such activities online was also undertaken which made the learning interactive and members were greatly benefitted by the deliberations. The questions of members were also effectively answered by the speakers. The participants included delegates from all over the country.
CA. Jiten Saglani, Vice Chairman coordinated the event effectively along with CA Akshay Gulhane, Treasurer. Formal vote of thanks was proposed by Secretary CA Sanjay M. Agrawal.
