As per the order of the Bombay High Court, all Session and District Courts, and other courts coming under its jurisdiction at taluka levels and other Legal Departments will be working on regular basis, like before the pandemic of Covid-19.
All district court judges, lawyers, and related people are requested to follow the pandemic guidelines while attending the court. All the pending cases including the bail petitions and other cases should be cleared. Informs a press release issued by S G Mehare, Head District and Session Court.
