Nagpur is witnessing a good monsoon spell for the last two weeks. With heavy rain the humidity has risen in the city taking the maximum temperature recorded on June 18 to 33°C.
Since yesterday Nagpur has received 1.2 mm rainfall in the last 24 hours. With good monsoon, spell city saw a dip in temperature as the Minimum Temperature recorded June 19 was 24.4°C
The Relative Humidity on June 18 at 8:30 am was 90% but was also dropped to 70% when the rain began in evening time.
According to the Regional Meteorological Centre Nagpur as per the data received from 14 stations Nagpur city received 100% rainfall with the highest intensity of 25.9mm at Parseoni the highest in the region.
RMC has issued a warning for thunderstorm along with Lightning at isolated places for next two day.
