Bhartiya Janta Yuva Morcha (BJYM) recently submitted a memorandum to Pro-Vice-Chancellor of Rashtra Sant Tukdoji Maharaj Nagpur University (RTMNU).
The demands were submitted in the presence of Praveen Datke, MLA and President of BJP City, Sandeep Joshi, Former Mayor, Kalpana Pande, President of Shikshan Manch informed Parendra Patle, President of BJYM, while talking to media on Saturday.
He added that a long discussion was held with the Pro-Vice Chancellor regarding the demands. He added that most of the demands were fulfilled by the RTMNU. “A week ago examination fees was reduce by the university. Even the University has agreed to cover the student under accident and insurance. Around 4 lakh students will be benefitted from it.†Expressing gratitude towards RTMNU, Patle added that BHYM is ready and will always take up issues of students. Also present at the press conference were Kalyan Deshpande, BHYM State Secretary, Sachin Karare, General Secretary City; Depanshu Ligayat, Amol Tidke, Sanket Kukde, President, Vidyarthi Aaghade (Student Front) and others.
