As per the decreasing daily cases and deaths in the country due to COVID-19 in the past few days Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve, Chandrapur has been given permission to resume all ecotourism activities/wildlife safaris from June 25 till June 30.
National Tiger Conservation Authority (NTCA) permitted to start tourism activities in Tiger Reserves with proper preventive measures against Covid 19. Hence all ecotourism activities /wildlife safaris in core area in Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve, Chandrapur from today till June 30.
As per “Break The Chain” order of Government of Maharashtra all ecotourism activities / wildlife safaris in Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve, Chandrapur were closed from April 15.
However, online safari booking still remains closed and will be done via offline at the tourism gates as per gatewise quota.
“A separate order will be issued regarding ecotourism activities in Buffer zone of Tadoba-Andhari Tiger Reserve, Chandrapur. Safari booking shall be made available offline / at the tourism gates as per gatewise quota, till online facility is restored†the press note reads.
