All the vacant seats of MPSC will be filled by the end of July 31 Deputy Chief Minister Ajit Pawar today in a two-day monsoon session of the Maharashtra Assembly.
Pawar said all the necessary work will be done at a fast pace to ensure justice to all the candidates.
On June 30 a 24-year-old Maharashtra government job aspirant allegedly committed suicide by hanging himself at his house in Hadapsar Pune due to a delay in an interview even after passing the MPSC exam.
A competent system will be put in place to prevent a recurrence of such incidents in the future. The Deputy Chief Minister also clarified in the House that the government will take a positive decision in providing financial assistance to the Lonakar family.
The Deputy Chief Minister said that the delay in the appointment of Swapnil Lonakar was due to the timely decision of the court and the Corona epidemic.
Pawar informed the House that the recruitment process for all the posts in important departments like public health, medical education, police etc. is in full swing.
