Centre Point School, Amravati Road Bypass students of class X have performed extremely well in the CBSE Examination. The results which were declared on 3 rd August 2021 proved that the eleventh batch of class X (2020 – 2021) has stood true to the School’s motto ‘Strive Harder, Soar Higher’.
The batch’s 100% pass result added to the celebration and marked the continuation of the tradition of excellence.
This batch has in fact raised the bar of achievement by proving their mettle in the challenging times of the pandemic. With the board examination not being conducted this year, the criterion of assessment was even tougher and was of course rolled out towards the end. Students had to be prepared for all uncertainties and had to put forth their best whilst adapting to the online classes as the new normal.
All these adversities however brought out the best in our children who sportingly took up all the challenges and achieved more than just outstanding scores.
From the school, 179 students had appeared for the Examination. Among them 80 students scored 90% and above as their final aggregate. All students have secured the first division.
Several children scored 90 and above in various subjects. 115 in English, 42 in Hindi, 75 in Sanskrit, 47 in Mathematics, 50 in Science and 94 in Social Science.
Devyani Chaudhari has topped with 99%. She has scored 100 in English, 100 in Sanskrit, 99 in Mathematics, 98 in Social Science and 98 in Science. Two students Siddhesh Badani and Raghav Kathane have secured the second position with 98.8%.
Two students Shoan Raj and Nihal Chugh have secured the third position with 98.4%.
10 students scored 100% in Mathematics, 8 students scored 100% in English, 3 students scored 100% in Sanskrit and 2 students scored 100% in Social Science. 3 students scored 99% in Hindi and 2 students scored 99% in Science. Directors, Aruna Upadhyaya, Arundev Upadhyaya, Radhika Rajwade, Dr. Jai Singh Rajwade, Mukta Chatterjee, the Management from Light House Learning, Founder Principal and Advisor, Radhika Mehra, Principal, Perveen Cassad and Vice-Principal, Bhakti Bobde, as well as the staff commended the students on their excellent result and wished them success in their future endeavours. The students gave the credit of their success to their teachers and parents.
