Bharatiya Janata Party is engaged in politics round the clock. The rallies of any number to seek public support would fail, as people are with Maha Vikas Aghadi. This was stated by Maharashtra Revenue Minister Balasaheb Thorat, on his arrival in Nagpur.
Thorat is in Nagpur to attend a programme ‘Mission Vaccination’ in view of suspected third wave of Covid19. About 200 vehicles for vaccination for Vidarbha region are being given by the Government as a part of controlling Corona transmission.
Thorat stated that ‘Jan Ashirwad’ rally of BJP will not affect the MVA Government in the state. The people are not with BJP, he added.
Referring to reservation for Maratha community Thorat said that under the leadership of Maharashtra PWD Minister Ashok Chavan the issue is being followed properly by the MVA Government. “We are committed to give reservation to the communityâ€, he said. He raised fingers towards the Centre for not facilitating the States to grant permission to allow reservation above 50 percent.
Chavan, who is also in-charge of the issue is working out on legalities on the issue. He also alleged BJP ruled Centre of having dual policy against non-BJP governments.
