The helpline is for the senior citizens from Nagpur district and it is in the partnership of Centre’s Social Justice & Empowerment Ministry.
The gram panchayats, dispensaries/hospitals, primary health centres and vruddhashrams should provide information about suffering senior citizens in their areas to this helpline number: 14567.
