Air India’s booking office at Civil Lines in Nagpur has fetched a bid of 33.05 crore. The bidding company is based in Nagpur itself.
Earlier, bids were invited on July 8 and 9 to sell Air India’s assets in 10 major cities across the country. At that time, no one came forward to bid for the property in Nagpur.
A reserve price of 37 crore was set for the Nagpur booking office building of the airline. This office is built on about 27,000 square feet of land.0
In Aurangabad too Air India’s assets fetched bid above the reserve price.
According to official sources, the bid could be finalised. Meanwhile, Air India is all set to relocate its offices near Wardha road.
