For the first time as many as five Vidarbha players have been picked up by Indian premier league during the mega auction.
In the two day mega auction Vidarbha’s pacer Darshan Nalkande was picked by Gujarat Titans for base price Rs 20 lakh.
While left- hand batsman Atharva Taide was bought for base price Rs 20 lakh by Punjab Kings.
Punjab picked two player in the team Taide and Jitesh Sharma.
Whereas Saurabh Dubey was bought by Sunrises Hyderabad for a base price of Rs 20 lakh.
Indian pace bowler Umesh Yadav who was unsold for the first day of auction was picked by Kolkata Knight Riders for Rs 2 crore.
