Forest Development Corporation of Maharashtra (FDCM) is going to restart the Indian Safari and Jungle Drive at Balasaheb Thackeray Gorewada International Zoo from March 4.
In the wake of COVID-19 cases in Nagpur district, the district administration imposed restriction and closed jungle safari in all forest areas.
Following the recent relaxation by District Collector, the zoo administration has decided to restart the tourist activities in the forest area.
The booking for Indian Safari and Jungle Drive will takes place on online mode only.
The safari vehicles can carry tourists on 50% seating capacity only. Following the COVID-19 norms is must. Every tourist and officials must have to wear mask and maintain social distancing during the safari. The tourists must have fully vaccinated.
