Regional Meteorological Centre (RMC), Nagpur again issued a yellow alert for Vidarbha region for next two days.
The temperature of Vidarbha region is on a gradual rise since March. On Thursday Chandrapur was the hottest city with 43 degrees Celsius while Akola reported 42.8 degrees Celsius.
Meanwhile Nagpur on Thursday recorded 40.8 degrees Celsius.
RMC informed dry weather will continue in Vidarbha, Madhya Pradesh and Chhattisgarh.
A severe Heat Wave conditions will be observed at isolated pockets over West Madhya Pradesh and Vidarbha region of Nagpur, Akola, Amravati, Chandrapur, Wardha, Washim, Yavatmal.
