Hyderabad C & D Waste Pvt Company under Ramki Enviro Engineering Ltd has signed an agreement with Nagpur Municipal Corporation here on Friday for starting reuse processing unit on Construction and Demolition (CD) waste materials. This will help reduce CD waste materials and keep the city clean.
Dr Shweta Banerjee, Executive Engineer, Public Health Department, Mechanical wing, and Madhvi G, Senior Asstt Manager of the company signed the agreement in the administrative building of NMC in presence of Radhakrishnan B, Municipal Commissioner.
The company will develop the processing unit on a piece of five acre land given by NBMC at Bhandewadi. The officials of the company inspected the land on Friday. The company will make processing on 200 tons of CD wastes daily and prepare construction materials like sand, bricks, paver blocks, tiles etc. It will make arrangements for collecting the waste materials in the city.
