VIA Marketing Forum successfully completed a panel discussion titled “When Marketing is done by Venusâ€. The program was organized over zoom and was attended by participants of various backgrounds.
The Panel consisted of Rina Sinha, Managing Partner of Rina’s Gourmet Organic Pickles & Director of Metlok Company Pvt Ltd; Shailaja Prasad, Owner of Rags Boutique / Fashion Designer; Sei Deshpande, Founder of Falana Dhikana and Arti Khandelwal, Director of Art Basera Institute .
Program Moderator Mili Juneja served questions to Panelists and tried to go into depth of their experience and case studies. When asked about Personal meetings vs Digital Marketing, all the panelists voted for Digital Marketing for scalability and maximum reach and meetings for creating personal bonds.
Shailaja Prasad opened up discussing her personal branding journey and strategies she has applied during conventional marketing days, she insisted much on consistency and customization which still applies in the era of digital marketing.
Rina Sinha shared how experience with NIIT Ltd has helped strategizing for her own venture Gourmet Organic Pickles. She endorsed that females are good in bringing warmth and personal touch in marketing communications.
Arti Khandelwal had identified that there is a need in society to get recognized and marketing for such subjects was never tough. People always want some channel which helps them to get identified and recognized and her proven track record has always boosted her marketing and people connect.
Conventional marketing and digital marketing will go hand in hand, said Sei Deshpande, She explained how content marketing can make one’s business stand out of the crowd and pave the way to establish brand identity.

Anuja Sharma, Chairperson of VIA Marketing Forum delivered a welcome note whereas Dr. Anita Rao, Joint Secretary VIA handled summarizing the event and vote of thanks.
