Nagpur Improvement Trust (NIT) has appealed citizens residing in unauthorised layouts to submit applications for regularisation of plots and constructions at its divi-
sional offices in East, West, South and North Nagpur as per their respective area.
In a release, NIT mentioned that citizens should submit title deed
of their plot of land with the regularisation application.
After submitting the application, the acknowledgement should be obtained by submitting the required
documents at the office.
The required documents are as follows, sale deed, sanctioned map, map of existing construction, map prepared by Architect, undertaking,
affidavit stating that there is no court case on the plot, and deposit of fees. Special campaign to accept the required documents is being con-
ducted by NIT on April 15 and 16 though their is holiday for benefit of citizens. Manoj Kumar Suryavanshi, Chairman, NIT, has appealed citizens who had earlier applied through on-line mode for regularisation to take advantage of this opportunity.
