Again, Akola has registered the highest temperature of 43.6 degrees C in Vidarbha region on Thursday. Chandrapur that crossed Akola in temperature figure two days ago is now placed at the second position with 43.2 degrees C followed by Washim which recorded 42.5 degrees C. Gondia registered lowest temperature of 37 degrees C today.
The other districts registering the temperature in C are: Brahmapuri – 41.5, Buldana – 40.6, Wardha – 40.5, Nagpur – 39.6, Gadchiroli – 39.4 and Yavatmal – 39.0. The temperature at Amravati was not made available till filing the report.
