A major fire broke out at a Ghar Sansar Sale fair in Rajapeth of Hudkeshwar area on Thursday morning.
The exhibition had stored plastic utensils for sale as a result the fire spread rapidly.
As per prior information, no casualties have been reported so far.
On being informed, four fire tenders reached the spot.
The fire spread among residents in neighbouring localities damaging five air conditioners installed in adjacent houses.
According to the information, Crockery, Plastic household items, and wooden items, Tin truss shed got damaged in the fire.
Damage estimated at Rs 50 lakh. The fire was doused in one hour.
