Nagpurians on Sunday had to face difficulty in procuring fuel in the city as the petrol and diesel were not available at many outlets.
According to details of the total 100 petroleum product outlets within the city limits, there was a shortage of diesel at more than 20 outlets.
The shortage of fuel was seen due to restricted fuel supply by the oil marketing companies.
Many took to social media and complaint of shortage of fuel on Monday as well.
The dealers are demanding a hike in the commission against the sale. Apart from this, they are also saying that due to the recent revision of fuel prices, the outlet owners have suffered a huge financial loss.
The fuel shortage may further aggravate as the pump owners are all set to resort to no purchase of fuel on May 31. This may increase the problems of citizens as they might face more shortages of fuels in the city.
