Despite various security measures there seems to be no end to robberies at ATMs across the country.
In a fresh incident, the robbers decamped with Rs 5 lakh 80 thousand rupees after breaking into an ATM on Saturday morning.
The incident took place in the State Bank of India’s ATM located at Panchsheel Square Nagpur at around 6 am today.
Sitabuldi police have reached the spot and according to preliminary information, a forensic team has been called to further investigate the crime scene. According to Police the thief easily opened the ATM and took the money from it and no damage has been reported to the ATM.
Police suspect that it could be an inside job. Further probe on.
