·      Orange warning for Bhandra, Chanda, Gadchiroli and Gondia districts on Aug 8
Indian Meteorological Department has issued yellow warning for all the 11 districts of Vidarbha region for August 6 with moderate rainfall accompanied with thunderstorm and lightning very likely to occur at isolated places.
Moreover, it has also issued yellow warning for Nagpur, Bhandara, Chandrapur and Gadchiroli districts for August 7 while Nagpur, Wardha and Amravati district will face ye4llow warning for August 8. The department has also issued orange warning for Bhandara, Chandrapur, Gadchiroli and Gondia districts for August 8 about heavy to very heavy rainfall very likely to occur at isolated places.
