NTPC Mouda celebrated the 76th Independence Day on 15 August 2022 with great zest. Under the Har Ghar Tiranga Campaign, flags were hoisted in a total of 18 locations in the plant and township complex. Shri A K Manohar, Head of Project, hoisted the flag at Chattrapati Shivaji Stadium and addressed the gathering. In his address, Shri Manohar motivated the employees to work as a team and reach new heights.
On the occasion, students of Bhavans NTPC Vidya Mandir and Bal Bhavan performed folk dances and drama and paid tribute to the martyred soldiers and those protecting the borders.
This was followed by awards distribution and vote of thanks.
During the event, Shri Mangesh Kale, GM (O&M), Shri P A Pande, GM (Ash Dyke Mgmt), Shri A K Bari, GM (Project and FGD), Shri BSV Bhaskar, GM (TS), Shri Sagar Ranjan Sahoo, Head of HR, Smt A V Shanti Manohar, President, Samruddhi Mahila Samiti, DC CISF, employees, families and children were present.
