On October 4 and 5, DHAMMACHAKRA Pravartan Din will be celebrated with zeal at the Dragon Palace Temple in Kamptee.
Ex-minister and Ogawa Society President Adv Sulekha Kumbhare will decorate Dr Babasaheb Ambedkar’s statue at the Dragon Palace Temple on October 4 at 10 a.m. The Panchsheel flag will be hoisted as well. Ramdas Athawale, Union Minister for Social Justice, will open an exhibition of Dr. Ambedkar’s photographs. At 12.30 p.m., a competitive examination will be held for students. At 6 p.m., there will be a musical programme.
On October 5, ‘Vishesh Buddha Vandana’ will be organised in presence of Bhikkhu Sangha at 10 am. Chief of the Dragon Palace Temple Adv Sulekha Kumbhare, Union ministers Nitin Gadkari, Ramdas Athawale and Deputy Chief Minister Devendra Fadnavis will attend the main programme.
The main event will be attended by BJP State President Chandrashekhar Bawankule, Dr. Rajendra Gawai, MLA Tekchand Sawarkar.
