Nagpur recorded a slight rise in the minimum temperature of 0.2 degrees Celsius on Tuesday compared to Monday. This is 8.6 degrees more than normal.
As per Met office all Vidarbha cities recorded markedly above normal minimum temperatures.
Even in the region the minimum temperatures remained on higher side and were more than normal.
Wardha was warmest in Vidarbha at 22.4 degrees and was 8.7 degrees more than normal while Washim was coldest at 15.2 degrees which is 6.2 degrees more than normal.
The minimum temperatures recorded in other Vidarbha cities in decreasing order is as follows Akola (22.3) which is 9.0 degrees more than normal, Chandrapur (21.6) which is 7.9 degrees more than normal, Amravati (20.4) which is 5.4 degrees more than normal, Buldhana (20.0) which is 5.5 degrees more than normal, Gondia (20.0) which is 7.7 degrees above normal, Gadchiroli ( 18.4), Yavatmal (18.0) which is 8.7 degrees more than normal and Washim (15.2).
