Entries for the District Youth Festival have been invited by the District Sports Officer. The festival will be held on December 28, 2022.
Competitions in Folk Songs and Folk Dances will be held. The participating group can have a maximum of 50 youths in Folk Songs, including the accompanists on instruments. The Folk Dance group can have a maximum of 20 persons including the accompanists.
The participants should be between 15 and 29 years of age (born between January 12, 1994, and January 12, 2008).
The Folk Song should not be from the film. Pre-recorded music will not be allowed in the Folk Dance. The Fok Dance also should not be from any film.
The schools and colleges and cultural organizations can register for the contest on or before December 27 with the office of the District Sports Officer, Regional Sports Complex, Koradi Road, Mankapur, Nagpur. More information can be had on phone 8857944259.
