The minimum temperatures in the entire Vidarbha continued to have a steady rise and were 3.3 degrees to 8.1 degrees Celsius above normal in different cities. There is no major change expected in the region in the next three days. But thereafter there will be a fall of 2-3 degrees. The maximum temperatures were found to range from 30.5 to 33.8 degrees in different cities.
Nagpur recorded a minimum of 18.7 degrees (6.1 degrees above normal) with a rise of 1.6 degrees. Met offices have predicted a minimum temperature to remain from 17 to 14 degrees in the next five days.
Chandrapur was the warmest at 21.4 degrees (8.1 degrees above normal) in the region while Washim was coldest at 15.0 degrees.
The minimum temperatures in other Vidarbha cities are as follows – Akola 19.6 degrees (6.3 degrees above normal), Yavatmal 19.0 degrees (4.9 degrees above normal), Wardha 18.9 degrees (5.1 degrees above normal), Amravati 18.7 degrees (4.5 degrees above normal), Buldhana 17.4 degrees (3.3 degrees above normal), Gadchiroli 16.6 degree, Gondia 16.4 degrees (4.2 degrees above normal)
