A weak signal was mentioned by 60% of users who reported the problem to Downdetector, while ‘no signal’ was reported by 30% of users.
Twitter users vented their frustration over sluggish internet and call quality. Jio Fibre problems were also reported by many subscribers.
Over 500 users have reported the outage, which is still ongoing, according to Downdetector. The user has been having issues since 11.00 AM.
