Saraswati Vidyalaya High School and Junior College, Shankar Nagar will organise ‘Leadcon 2023’ at its
premises on January 12 at 9.30 am. The conference is aimed at producing leaders in education. The
necessity of this initiative emerged in view of large number of retirement that will hit schools. ‘Leadcon
2023’ is aimed at teachers of Marathi, Hindi and English medium State Board Secondary schools.
The main objective is to empower the future leaders in managing the school administration, develop learning skill of administration.
Chief Guest Dr Murlidhar Chandekar retired Vice Chancellor, Amravati University will inaugurate the conference and deliver his welcome address on ‘Leadership is more of an attitude than skill in school administration’. Plenary sessions on ‘Autonomy & Accountability’ and ‘Leader as a catalyst for change’ will be conducted by Dr Narendra Bhusari and Mahendra Dhawade.
42 school teachers from 21 schools have registered for the conclave and schools/teachers can also do spot registration for the conclave, informed the school management.
