Even after six months the problems of M Com students of Dr Ambedkar College appears to have not been sorted out. The students, about 80 in number were awarded very less marks in a subject. Following investigation it was noticed that the evaluation was done based on the model answer key prescribed for B Com students and not for M Com.
The students had approached the RTM Nagpur University authorities and also their college principal. The results were announced on July 15, 2022. The students are waiting for over six months to get the corrected marks for their fourth semester examinations.
Director of Examinations and Evaluation Dr Prafulla Sable said that the University is thinking of referring the issue to the Disciplinary Action Committee (DAC).
The University has not been able to take steps for six months to sort out the problems of its students. As there is no provision for revaluation the students are at a great loss.
Dr Sable’s reply is another shock to the students as the university is ‘thinking’ over referring the issue to the DAC.
