Citizens whose Aadhaar Card has completed 10 years should update those, appealed District Collector Dr Vipin Itankar. Collector had con- vened a meeting of District- level Aadhaar Monitoring Committee where he disclosed that over 14 lakh people had not updated their Aadhar.
Government has been reminding people from October 2022 but people are not responding to it, pointed out Collector. If the personal details present on Aadhaar have not changed, then such people can get updated their Aadhaar through https://uidai.gov.in or myaadhaar till June 14.
They do not have to pay any fees for online updation. Sujata Gandhe, Resident Deputy Collector and Nodal Officer is monitoring the process.
