Four police personnel of New Kamathi police station have been suspended for playing cards and smoking while on duty. This incident came to light on the night of April 6
ACB Thorbole visited the police station around 1.30 pm. Meanwhile, four police personnel on duty were found playing Cards and smoking.
All four police personnel have been suspended as per the orders of DCP Shravan Dutt. Action was taken against Aniket Sangle, Raju Nikhar, Surendra Shendre and Vilas Palandurkar.
All the four suspended police personnel were posted on night patrolling. This action has been taken for dereliction of duty
