The meat shops in the jurisdiction of Nagpur Municipal Corporation will remain closed on May 5, in view of Bouddha Pournima.
Deputy Municipal Commissioner and Director of Solid Waste Management Dr. Gajendra Mahalle has issued a notification to this effect. Those violating the directions would face stern action. A flying squad has been formed to monitor the enforcement of the order.
