Union Minister Nitin Gadkari threat and money demand case will be investigated by the National Investigation Agency (NIA). The Union Home Ministry has given its approval to this proposal. Soon the NIA team will reach Nagpur and start the investigation of the case. It is said that the investigating agency has separately registered a case in this matter.
At the same time, after looking into the terrorist angle, the police also registered a case against the accused under UAPA. On the other hand, Commissioner Amitesh Kumar said that the investigation is going on continuously, but considering the seriousness of the cases, the police is about to register another case under UAPA as well.
